However, if they become corrupted or have been accidently deleted our game software will not function properly, so you'll need to reinstall them.
Rolling back the 8.0.19 ODBC Connector Driver
1. Exit your NSB Software Package.
2. Click the Windows button in the lower left corner of Windows and select 'Settings', then 'Apps and Features' (older versions of Windows might be different, but the goal is to find your installed apps).
3. Select the app called MySQL Connector ODBC 8.0 and uninstall it. You MUST uninstall version 8.0.19 before you can roll back the driver.
4. Now install version 8.0.17 by clicking the link below. When the MSI package runs, accept the agreement and select a 'Typical' installation when asked.
Oracle ODBC MySQL Connector 8.0.17
8.0.19 appears to have a bug in it. Rolling back to version 8.0.17 solves our transmissions problems.
